New thing I love about 2k3 Splinter: he is.. a Very realistic portrayal of a dad of four kids, I think.

I’m rewatching the second season right now (gonna set a fanfic in that time 👀) and it is so very apparent all of the time the like… he is so very proud of them, but they’re also a buncha stupid teenage dorks. And in Return of the Justice Force (s2e22) he basically gets fed up with how loud they’re all being, and goes “for the next hour you will practice ninja silence” and it’s like! Lmao that is not a real thing at all. That is the equivalent of telling a Frozen-obsessed girl that Elsa would never hit her sibling. And I think that’s kinda adorable and like.. yeah feels like something my parents would do as well.
