Salute Saturday Savages 🇺🇸 Hope you are doing well! My son's favorite pepperoni and Black Olive and the wife's thin crust chicken ranch. My newest launch experiment is a 255 gram 3 meat PZZA! It's a chicken, bacon and pepperoni. They're really all the great classic meats on any pizza. A bunch of black olives (of course) some scattered green onion with a homegrown jalapeño for the "Savages" in us all! I used A jarred red sauce BUT...completely covered it in fresh microplaned Parmesan Reggiano then a little bit of shredded Mozzarella. That way I was really able to bring this 3 meat pie together with a lot more sauce underneath!
