Serious slacking going on over here.. NOMORE! I started Chalean Extreme today! Day 1: burn circuit 1 ✔ I've been trying others here and there but this one is by far my fave @home program. Usually ready to quit 10 minutes in, but Chalean is a great program and I finished day 1 semi strong! (I'm out of shape+not up to my potential) Never officially finished, but made it to the 2nd to last week. It's a 90 day program with 3 phases. I felt great and was down to my in-shape weight that I call my norm, I am now 15 lbs heavier than my norm can't wait to be back in shape and feeling good again!
