Y’all my grandmother won the Editor of the Year award for 2024 from the American Christian Fiction Writers
I am so proud of her and it blows my mind to think about. I know she’s an editor for predominantly Christian literature (which is probably why I’m not familiar with her work as I myself am pagan) and she works with all these people but from my point of view? She’s my grandma. She used to rent movies for me and give me cookies before bed. She’s the reason my sister and I play Wizard101. She is completely obsessed with a good mystery. Shes the reason I started writing in the first place. It’s so amazing to know someone who sees the good in literally everyone and everything was able to achieve her dream.
