As of today, I am 44,550 pounds away from my lift goal of 1,000,000 pounds My weekly workout routine is with a ten-pound weight in each hand on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. I am competing with no one but myself. I walk and lift to demonstrate to myself what I can do. I am doing more than I could do 20 years ago. For that, I am extremely thankful. ~O The weight work includes presses, curls, toe raises, wings, side lifts and bends, and squats. I do them from standing or seated positions. From seated squats become a stand-up. Three sets of each lift have become four. The goal is 20,000 pound a week. I am exceeding goal every week. In addition, walking is a much slower roll.
