Yes I am Aware and that's why my mental health has been in the shits but go off I guess
I LOVE FEELING LIGHT WITH NOTHING INSIDE MEEEEEEEE
You're beautiful. Even though you can't see it now, people around you do.
You have no reason to compare yourself to other people because you're just as perfect.
black-and-white thinking is v common with mental illnesses, as are superlative words like always, never. try to catch yourself thinking this way and just acknowledge it. don’t blame yourself or escalate the thought. attitudes are one of the hardest things to change in the universe, so be patient and kind to yourself. then, when you’re ready, try to shift your thinking into more neutral terms. instead of either-or, things are actually and-also. here’s an example: “I need to keep my problems from affecting others or I’m a burden.” versus “I can take care of myself and I need support from others.”
again, changing your thinking is hard. you’re literally rewiring your brain and that’s badass.
You’re allowed to loudly be yourself
Every time I eat it makes me want to never eat again
