NPD is not just a superiority complex any more than ASPD is just low empathy. If you think you have either disorder, do yourself a favor and do some research into the symptoms and similar disorders.

'Disorder' means it affects you, not the people around you. If you are not suffering in some capacity, then it's not a disorder. If you think you're better than everyone else, that alone can't affect your self esteem and relationships. There's other symptoms there. Low empathy alone doesn't cause you to suffer, either. There's other symptoms that cause trouble in an antisocial person's life. Know those symptoms and what they mean before you become convinced you have those disorders.
