Having ocd at the moment is kind of a funny situation coz I have the kind about contamination (but not about getting sick funnily enough, mine is about control, controlling what touches me specifically), so I don't like touching things or other people normally and now with social distancing its sorta weird to see other people now doing that too.

therapy again - pls answer
is it worth going to the gp and requesting therapy or to seek private help ? like is there a long waiting list for the public or is it better quality, more worthwhile, etc. ? i need help again, and i was going to wait until i went to uni to see the resources they provide there since i think theyre p on top of students’ mental health but it’s time, im so lifeless.
