what the fuck do I have to do to get followers on this bitch? I mean I see stupid ass gifs with thousands of notes and I don’t fucking get it. I tell my experience I want to create dialogue, exchange fucking thoughts with like-minded (and not) people and nobody gives a fucking shit.

I think one of the most important things in harm reduction and supporting people is to provide opportunities for change.

These opportunities can be wasted by the people they are afford to but it is still just as important they are provided even if they go nowhere.

If you live to see another day, even if you don't do anything with it but get through it then that is enough.

If you're trying to quit a bad habit and you end up succumbing to said habit, at the very least make sure you see tomorrow so you can try again.

It's all about trying again because you're not getting get it in one and you might do something and it might not stick forever, that's okay.

You deserve the opportunity of another chance and another day to try to change things even in a small way which is still progress.

I constantly have conversations with people that say "Well we can't do that because it's not guaranteed to prevent so and so.." But we are providing an opportunity to change things, we're making things easier so it's worth doing. It might not work out and that's fine, we'll just make sure we have another go at it after the day after.

It's still something worth doing even with no guarantee it will work because even if it doesn't it has provided another opportunity to hopefully try again.
