It’s quite rare to have no planets at all retrograde, and in my experience, these people often don’t have as much of a drive for growth as others. They can remain stagnant and oblivious to their flaws for years, seemingly much longer than their peers. As always, there are exceptions, but I’ve observed many negative qualities in people with no retrogrades - they simply don’t know or care enough to work on them.
Retrogrades are so often seen as a curse, but the introspection they provide can just as easily be a blessing if you utilise them well. Growth may came easier for those of us with natal retrogrades, but that doesn’t mean everyone will take advantage of that, and it doesn’t mean people without them won’t ever try either.
