core motivations

so whenever i take a personality values etc kinda test my results are always ambiguous because i end up with ties in complete opposite areas!!! like wtf. i am a walking contradiction. and it’s always because my answer is different for every situation. like sometimes i use a more soft gentle approach, other times it’s tough love. sometimes i just go with my gut, other times i have to have 50 pages of research before i make an opinion. i just took this test that my church sent me about my core motivations, and i got teacher, advocator, and nurturer as my top three. well guess what’s so special about these three, each one shows you which motivations are the most challenging for you to get along with and for each one, my other two motivations are the hardest to get along with. for example, teacher is most challenged by nurturer and advocator, advocator by nurturer and teacher, and nurturer by teacher and advocator. like all of me hates me. wtf self, why you so complicated. and the worst part is, is that the description and information given to me for each of those, i read and i’m like yes! that’s how i am. and it’s extra funny because it also tells you about how people should communicate to you, and they’re all opposites, but yet that’s how people should communicate to me. i respond best to each of those communication methods. like why do i work so well yet so terribly.
