Incorrect National Treasure (part I) (part II) (part III) (part IV) (part V)
So there’s this nifty little thing called the FBI organizational chart. Click here. Don’t worry I was looking it up for fanfiction purposes, and I got to thinking...
OK there’s a branch for national security, right? Threatening the Declaration of Independence certainly falls under national security, correct? But there are divisions under this, and one is counterterrorism (the other two are weapons of mass destruction and counterintelligence).
Now consider Agent Sadusky, assigned to the case of the missing Declaration as the “agent in charge” (he said so himself). He is also later assigned to the abduction of the President. Both of these sound, out of context, like terrorist acts. So, logically, Agent Sadusky works in counterterrorism.

What I say: I'm fine
What I mean: there was absolutely no way Ben should have been able to get rid of all the charges that must have piled up by the end of National Treasure I mean he literally stole the Declaration of Independence not to mention held his own father hostage, stole, evaded arrest and broke and entered a literal shit ton of times how on earth did Agent Sadusky get rid of all those charges
