It's all perfectly gelled & fatty. 10lbs of grass fed bones. Roasted at 400F for 35 minutes with mineral rich salts, then simmered in the pressure cooker (in 2 batches) with filtered water, acv, bay leaf & lemon. 2 hours at 12.0 psi each batch.
