Ingredients: 1 cup roasted hazelnuts skins removed. 1/3 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup plant-based milk. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Put roasted hazelnuts in a food processor and pulse them until they turn into a smooth buttery paste. Blend hazelnut butter with maple syrup, vanilla extract, plant-based milk, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Mix the ingredients together in a blender until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Put the vegan Nutella in a clean jar or other container and put it in the fridge. You can put your vegan No Nut Nutella on toast, fruit, or use it as a dip.

Instructions: Preheat oven to 300F 150C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, coconut cream, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, form the mixture into small cloud-like shapes and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the coconut clouds are lightly golden brown on the edges. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cooled, carefully transfer the coconut snow clouds to a serving platter. Enjoy!
