Here are two of my go to latest protein shake recipes @thenutribullet .ย ย Note: if you are having these shakes pre workout or post workout you can leave out the fats (nut butter, oil, avocado etc) for quicker digestion.ย
1. 1-2 scoops of IsoNatural AllMax @teamallmax Whey Isolate (Chocolate), 1 teaspoon AllMax Glutamine, banana, half an avocado (adds healthy fats and thickness), 1 tablespoon nut butter (either peanut or mixed cashew/almond), sprinkling of cinnamon, 250ml of water or milk (more or less for desired thickness).
2. 1-2 scoops of AllMax IsoNatural Whey Isolate (Unflavoured or Vanilla), 1 teaspoon AllMax glutamine, 1 cup of mixed frozen berries, handful of oatmeal, half an avocado, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup, a sprinkling of cinnamon, and 250ml of water or milk (more of less for desired thickness).
