Stitches - Whumptober Day 9 (Alt. 4)

Sheila had warned Fao, again and again to behave, to not be stupid. And yet, somehow, they’d ended up in A&E. Again. She often wondered if Fao was actually the more mature one, if the ten year age gap between the two brothers meant anything, or if the two of them were just as mad as each other.
Then again, if the amount of times she’d ended up there with her husband were anything to go against, they were all daft. They were all daft and she was stuck in the middle of them all, trying to control the chaos. With a sigh, she wrapped her arm around Fao.
“Are you warm enough?”
It had at least been a genuine fuck up this time. Of all the times he'd ended up in A&E from something that he ought to know better for, at least this time had just been a mistake. He'd been trying to put his laundry away, and the cat had gotten under his feet (he was perpetually hungry and in need of attention). He'd tripped and smacked himself on his bedside table on the way down. Now he was bleeding with a pounding headache and a blooming black eye. And he had placement next week.
Feeling of Fainting
On my way to my doctor's follow up appointment this morning, I had that feeling as if I was about to pass out. It was very similar to the feeling I get when doctors put me out for surgeries. The scariest part about this was that I was still driving when I was having the feeling. My body felt weird, my head had slight pressure, and I was having issues focusing but aware of my body.
Thankfully I made it to the parking lot of my doctor's office without any issues. I arrived early, but I sat in the car making sure I was okay before standing. This isn't the first time I've had this feeling, and I had it happen two other times while I was driving. The two worse times I had it was in my bedroom when I stood up, and when I was driving. Both of those times my vision did go black for a split second.
I didn't mention anything about it to my doctor because I'm trying to space out my doctor bills as much as possible. And also because every test so far has been normal.
So far day, I've been struggling with lack of focus, extreme fatigue, and headaches/head pressure.

Moving in to try and steady him, the teenager offers a small grin. “Easy there, just... Lean on me, okay? Don’t go too fast.” She’s starting to guide him to sit, and once she’s satisfied that he’s rested up against something solid, the Vengess takes a seat next to him to begin riffling around in her drawer.
“Do you need a snack? Water? Anything? If you need me to run and get something, I will.”
Atticus’ head spins and the room along with it. He wraps an arm around Ava’s shoulders as she guides him to sit down, extremely grateful for her presence right now. “Uh, yeah,” he murmurs, pressing a hand against his head as he curls in on himself, hoping the ground would stop moving. As if on queue, his phone starts beeping urgently and he glares toward it. That was supposed to happen before he felt like this.
He motions toward his bag, also the source of the beeping. “I need that.” He suddenly remembered he was running low on snacks, but he did have glucose tabs. They tasted vile - like flavored chalk, a taste he was not fond of - but they were better than nothing. “And maybe a not diet-soda? There’s, ah, a couple dollars in the front pocket you can use.”
I shouldn't have such panic attacks right now. And I definitely need to remember how to breathe. I will get through this. I will. Sorry, I need to reassure myself sometimes.
Alright, now it's really starting to get annoying.
I fell down a total of 4 times now and I hurt my knee in the progress.
I'm really wondering what the hell is wrong with me, it's not like I've eaten /that/ little today, so I don't think that could be the reason.
