You know what I fucking love about historical hetalia concerning Ancients?

The fact that there's so much artistic liberty in them! And also, that the characters are basically just OC's that you can manipulate for the purposes of each story.

For example, I've seen many, many itterations on ancient greece, and everyone writes her different, including me, and you know fucking what?

They're all correct.

All of them from motherly, to warrior-like, to slouching moron hidden baddass! Hell, I've even seen some people split her up in many city state Nations, and Helena can be any one of them.

And that's just one character. There is literally the entire history of the world in your hands!
