I’m a practitioner of breath holding to exponentially increase my fitness levels. My friend who’s a primal movement specialist @bsewall3 taught me this great exercise. The exercise incorporates an explosive elastic fascial power movement. While push-pressing the med ball as you dive you exhale hold your breath followed with an underwater anaerobic breath hold with the 10 lb medicine ball. The goal is to immediately recover your breath w/o opening the mouth. Utilizing our innate human potential to harness the power of nitric oxide.
