So I'm rewatching SVU, again - don't judge me. But the scene in "Patrimonial Burden" where Amanda was in the hospital and Carisi was right there with her just hits different now that they're canon.

Even back then, when they'd only known each other for a year, he was worried about her, was looking out for her, was being there for her, and even made her smile during a rough time.

I was honestly sitting here crying watching that scene and I can't even tell you why.
