I wonder what Holli and Lina would look like as anime characters? 🤔 Has anyone ever come across any anime characters you think were close to either of them? I feel like there must be some out there, Holli and Lina have some stereotypical anime features. Lina with the bigass dramatic hair and Holli with her giant boobs 😂

Can we talk about how Hollywood needs to start making real Anime movies?

Emphasis on real. What I think needs to happen, is that the Anime studios themselves need to get directly involved with the creation of the movies, just like Marvel. This would serve two purposes. It would ensure that the people working on the films have some reverence for the source material. This would effectively prevent another display like the most recent Dragonball movie.

This actually might be what’s coming. Marvel set the stage for how a collective of source material should act when making the translation. Of course Marvel comics all live within a shared universe so there is going to be more innate collaboration rather than competition between properties. This is why I think Sony ie. Funimation just acquiring Crunchyroll will stand as the first powerful group that could turn these properties into films. And the material and fans are there.

There needs to be internet discussions about which actors are going to play which characters; discussions that actually hold weight like they did prior to Game of Thrones. We need the excitement of wondering how they’re going to make the Naruto Movie a reality.

The anime cast is playing Kakegurui Cheating Allowed Communityagainst each other <3

Another of the secondary cast has been named for Enen no Shouboutai (Fire Brigade of Flames, aka Fire Force) anime series

This time round we have Aoi Yuuki (My Hero Academia - Asui Tsuyu, Puella Magi Madoka Magica - Kaname Madoka, A Channel - Ichii Tooru) who will voice Tamaki Kotatsu, pictured below with her fire ability in full blaze

For those who don't know, Enen no Shouboutai is the currently ongoing supernatural action series done by Atsushi Ōkubo, the creator of Soul Eater

Set in an alternate Japan, the plot follows groups of firefighters made of up normal humans and those with the ability to manipulate fire who have to deal with Infernals - humans turned into walking pyres through spontaneous combustion

Shinra Kusakabe, a Third Generation flame user, has joined up with the Special Fire Force Company 8 where he hopes to hone his skills, become the hero he's always wanted to be, and maybe finally get some answers regarding the mysterious blaze that claimed his mother and little brother

Animated by David Production, with Yase Yuki (Hidamari Sketch x Honeycomb, Puella Magi Madoka Magica (Ep.3, 10)) directed the show, the anime will be out sometime 20019
