holy fuck how am i somehow always so late to finding out about new lore and projects and stuff… TALESGAMES IS CANON?? fr?? fuuuuuuckkkk matpat must be glad he retired. like i love TFTP and all the stories but i can’t deny the two canons being the same is bonkers, but i understand it was also the only way to connect Mimic, Tiger Rock, and the Storyteller short stories to the games when they introduced the mimic in ruin. also it means GGY is canon which is admittedly fucking awesome. but also it means the weird fucking cancer babies and the climbing tubes and monty literally possessing some guy and the completely different layout of the pizzaplex (the rollercoaster?? the theatre??) exist too, right? or did someone confirm only certain things are one continuity? i’m dumb as fuck but this is crazy for the timeline if i understand it right (don’t even talk to me about dittophobia im still trying to wrap my head around dittophobia)
