So things have been a whirlwind moving across the country over the last month, and I didn’t get to decorate or plan ahead much for Mabon like I intended to, so I simply made my favorite apple dumpling recipe to celebrate as a dessert to follow my partner’s butternut squash soup for dinner. Making this recipe always makes me feel nostalgic, and the turn of the wheel into the autumn season puts such a fire in my veins. I hope all of you had a wonderful equinox, and were able to celebrate in ways big or small~
