Arbor Low | The Stonehenge of the North
My final stop was Arbor Low, a vast Neolithic henge with a fallen stone circle. Often called the “Stonehenge of the North,” it sits atop a limestone ridge.
I meditated here, visualising the circle as a source of transformative energy. The experience was grounding and expansive: a reminder of the continuity between past and present.
