Calling him 'Angel Strike' cause that's the best I could come up with.
Yes getting inspired by @crimsonteal He is the same Scott from Thunderhead's file. Here's my Headcanons for him:
-Powers work like Hawkes from MHA, he can control every individual feather in his wings, said feathers can turn sharp as steel and be lethal weapons against enemies.
-It can also harden like steel so simultaneously they're also shields.
-He's more bird than angel, but because of the white wings people just assume.
-Roman Catholic, hence the Priest-Looking outfit.
-One of the few Heroes that actually weilds a weapon (Other than Hypershock) which is mostly described as a blade attached to a chain, he uses this to grab his enemies and drag them to god knows where.
(I wanted him to also have Light Manipulation but decided against it)
-Shrinks his wings when he needs to hide them.
-Extremely skilled in Acrobatics both in air and on land.
-Fluent in different bird languages.
-Is an early bird (lmao) he stretches his wings in the morning, hence why the Ruth Household now has a balcony. He tends to perch on the railings.
-No he doesn't sing in the morning. In fact he's terrible.
-Soldier Background, Aerial Strike.
-Sleeps with his face down on the bed.
-Can walk on clouds (Hence more of the Angel Symbolism...but does that technically mean he can also walk on water since clouds are condensed water?)
Relationships:
Thunderhead
-They are simps for each other, the children often get the normal amount of cheesiness you'd get from loving parents. (Yes they would say 'ew' but like in the childish way)
-Scott would use his wings to cuddle Thunderhead at night, mostly because it's sometimes hard to sleep with wings.
-Sometimes Thunderhead would help preen his wings.
-Thunderhead loves how soft his wings are btw
-They chatted after the hostage situation and got coffee. Though Thunderhead didn't know Scott was a Super till much later.
-Scott was the one who suggested marriage.
-Sometimes I imagine their relationship like the Toucans from Rio but like...less sexual Ig? (I mean they CAN be freaky if you want but like-)
-They both fell in love in high school, got seperated and fell in love again. Cause you only Zing once.
-When Thunderhead died Scott experienced the worst depression his kids ever saw, he was practically devastated not to have someone beside him as he slept.
-But he managed to mimic Thunderhead's gentle demeanor to his kids so perfectly. It was his only coping mechanism over the grief that was driving him insane. Besides his kids didn't need him to be angry even if he wanted to scream so badly.
-Forcefully got custody over the kids after he died. The NSA was not about to go to war with another Supers Organization
-Idk I'm bad at writing love stories.
Fironic
-Following a popular theory, both Fironic and Angel Strike work at an entirely different Organization for Supers. It's why the NSA didn't have much control over the two. Or even Angel Strike taking custody of the kids.
-The Organization they work for is called 'SPECTRE' (Superhuman Protection, Espionage, and Containment Taskforce for Regulation & Enforcement) but the NSA thinks it's a Nameless Organization.
-To the NSA both Fironic and Angel Strike are unregistered Supers, same with Blitzerman and Tradewind who work for the same Organization.
-They aren't close, but they respect each other as work partners.
-Angel Strike isn't close with any other Super, he tends to keep relationships at arms length, with the exception of Thunderhead. Hence why he was ultimately destroyed when he lost him.
-Fironic however is sometimes called to take care of the kids whenever SPECTRE calls Angel Strike for illegal jobs.
Tradewind
-They are rivals, they have beef no one understands at this point.
-Angel Strike sometimes throws eggs at his window, just so that Tradewind knows it's him.
-He would also ragebait Tradewind by ignoring him and talking to birds.
-Their pettiness for each other is unbelievable.
-The only thing they'll ever bond about is being a parent...and that's about it.
-Normal conversation between the two:
Angel Strike: Honestly even if Everseer is the only British Hero I've met other than you, you'd still be down the bottom of my list of favorites.
Tradewind: *Starts swearing as Blitzerman holds him back*
-Second Normal Conversation between the two:
Angel Strike: *Discussing his Weather Pattern theory*
Tradewind who is mentally and emotionally connected to the elements because of his powers: That’s not how it works. I swear-
Blitzerman
-They aren't close, but like Fironic he respects him
-They bond over being fast Supers, they sometimes race for sport.
-But Angel Strike doesn't talk much to him so they kinda just...know each other.
Stratogale
-Actually could bond with her more since she was still a teen. And sometimes Thunderhead left her with him because Meta Man and him were busy
-They both talk to birds in their free time
-Teaches Stratogale how to do Loops in the sky
-Sometimes also helps with her homework
