It has been a tough week but the weekend is finally here. Unfortunately for me I still have 2 more days of work (6 days straight this week) until I’m off on Monday and Tuesday. With more rain in my area and working so much this week I’m in tons of pain. Trying so hard to keep it all together but I’m not sure how much more I have left in me. Just exhausted and I’m lots of pain. Hope you have all have a relaxing weekend. Well folks this is what severe arthritis and bone spurs look like in a knee. It won’t hold me back. Just means I need to re-educate myself and accommodate this small bump in the road. • • Meeting with a nutritionist today. Have physical therapy this week. I’m hoping to be back to working out next week provided the corticosteroid shot holds up. • • Getting older sucks. Living with pain sucks. But what makes it all worth it is knowing that I’m #stronger than all of this.
