Gua Bao Burger For Das Gute Leben magazine
𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 | Last year I went to @chunkybuddhagroup at @nightjar and was very impressed with Lee’s menu down there, so he invited me to @jujusbar where his menu is different, focusing on burgers and bowls. Here’s the show stealer, the Teriyaki Beef Burger. 8oz beef patty with pickled veg, cheese, and teriyaki sauce. My GOD this is a VERY good burger. I’ve not had anything like it. That soy and ginger works so well with beef, and even the cheese. The saltiness of the dog acts as a seasoning for the meat, bringing out the flavours, and it’s not too overpowering. This is one of the tastiest new burgers I’ve had for a while. Massive shout out to Lee, who is super talented and blows me away every time. You’ll hear more about the other food I ate that night, but this deserves its own platform. . . . . . . #teriyaki #teriyakisauce #cheeseburger #asianburger #burgers #londonburger #burger #londonfoodie #burgerporn #foodporn #shoreditch #spitalfields #beef #cheese (at Juju's Bar & Stage) https://www.instagram.com/p/B8JaHNQnQ4k/?igshid=llzfz8vndnlc
