Honestly I just feel like having a mental breakdown and just cry but I’m too scared of letting my emotions go wild or have anyone see me like that to worry them
I understand this more than you could imagine. I relate so much. Sometimes things just get to be too much and you have to release all those feelings somehow. If you need to cry then cry. Cry your eyes out. Grab a blankie and a stuffie and put on some music or a favorite movie/show and just release it.
Do you live by yourself or do you have your own room? There has got to be some way you can get just a bit of alone time. If not just explain to whoever is around that you need some me time. It can be hard when you are not able to get time to yourself but you always need to put some time aside for your mental well being.
Maybe some of my followers have some more tips or suggestions for you?
