this is going to reveal just how many documents i leave untitled in my folder. oops. for the sake of this tag game i'll number them. here we go.
untitled document - my most recent wip, started it a week or so ago. loosely based on st john the baptist but verges on original work territory. concerns salome as a preteen.
"untitled ghost don giovanni thing" - the first chapters of this are published as "the devil you know" on ao3. this is the actual working draft document but i have a separate document with my outline and notes titled "tdyk lore bible/outline/planning doc"
untitled document - this is like one page of a don giovanni college au from three or four years ago. i have no plans for it
"i've begun to give up on titles" - oh my gd i forgot about this it's some crossover shit between two musicals i was really into in 2019. i will not be returning to this gdbless
"spaaaaace" - this is a folder cause it was back when i wrote individual chapters in their own docs. some kind of the martian au for hadestown.
"science SHIT" - similar to the previous, but it's a portal au. i used to be really into crossover and au fics when i was starting out as a fic writer it seems. i actually planned this whole one out but i never got more than a about two chapters and a couple of one off scenes into actually writing it.
untitled document and "untitled document TWO!!!!" - these appear to be a couple of character studies/pov for oklahoma. i forgot about them.
"umm pies" - oklahoma waitress (musical) au. this is less dumb than it sounds but it feels just as embarrassing to acknowledge as you think it does.
"starlight" - okay this is my at this point very longstanding oklahoma fic that. well i haven't touched it in years but i still think of it fondly and have much of the rest of it planned so i don't want to say it's abandoned just maybe like. really really dormant. the first half ish of it is on my ao3. some of the individual chapters have funny document names like "ugh" and "uhhhhhg" and "don't have a title for this one yet" and "oh fuck" and "macavity IS there"
"random shit" - i found this in my folder and the only thing in it is a bullet point that says "porch light in the distance." could not even begin to tell you what this was supposed to be
"kids be camping" - some kind of camping trip fic for the fantasy high characters. i think only the girls. i don't know where this one was going but there's like 10 pages of it
"25th annual solesian national spelling bee" - finally actually named my document the title of the fic. this is a fantasy high story and most of what i've written so far is on ao3. i have a vague idea for how to finish it but since i haven't worked on it in years at this point and am not really that into d20 anymore (and i lost a lot of interest in fh after season 3 tbh) i'm not sure if/when i'll get around to finishing it, even though it's probably the only unfinished fic of mine where there may be an audience out there waiting for an update. if you couldn't tell by now writing for a fandom with actual activity in it doesn't seem to be common for me 😭
i'm not sure i know this number of other fic writers to be tagged tbh so i'm not gonna tag that number of people, i'll just throw a couple of tags out there and if those folks would like to play along, they are more than welcome to. or you reading this, dear friend, whomever you may be: consider yourself tagged if you'd like.
