Massage the muscles Mondays Throwback to a sports massage I had last week. Having a massage therapist who works out is important. Especially parts of the body that is used for different exercises or sports. Because of his wealth of knowledge and experience the massage session becomes more targeted. Although it can be painful but in a good way, the muscles become less tensed. Tea-rific Tuesdays Throwback to a quick visit to my favourite tea shop. I fell in love with Ette tea during my stint in Brunei. Since then I've always ordered teas by Ette when its available where I dine. Finally I've invested some boxes of teas for my enjoyment during my HBL to start next week. Thankful Thursdays My most recent attachment is to our SAF Volunteer Corps or SAFVC! I'm actually more inspired to see adults having the perseverance to serve the country voluntarily. Not to mention young and mature women who dedicate their free time to volunteer for the greater good of our country.
