A Bad Batch Sketch Comic

Tech and Crosshair are sitting in the Nav room together. Tech is on the floor and Crosshair is lounging in a chair.

Omega walks in.

OMEGA: Still reading that comic?

Crosshair looks off to the distance, irritated. An arrow points to him that says “also read the comic, but is sick of them talking about it.”

TECH: Yes, and I am enjoying it immensely.

OMEGA: Isn’t it awesome? Who’s your favorite character?

TECH: I am greatly enjoying Princess Reagan’s storyline, especially because of the themes of classism and privilege and—

OMEGA: BECAUSE SHE’S PRETTY!!

TECH: —yes, that too.

In the background, Crosshair gets an idea.

CROSSHAIR: You know, I hate Princess Reagan.

Omega and Tech look offended. An arrow pointing to Crosshair indicates that he is “100% lying”.

Tech and Omega exchange a glance.

TECH: …Well, it’s okay to have a different opinion (even if it is wrong).

OMEGA: Yeah, I guess.

Crosshair closes his eyes and smiles smugly.

CROSSHAIR: I think they should kill her off.

Little exclamation points indicate that both Tech and Omega are INCREDIBLY offended by this. Sure enough, they rear their heads and roar ferociously at Crosshair (looking rather comically like dinosaurs).

TECH AND OMEGA: HOW DARE YOU EVEN

Crosshair gets covered in spit from their shouting.

He smiled smugly as the two scream at him, their words a jumbled and tangled mess offscreen.
