Lizbert+Eggabell = Eggbert or Lizbell but the former is funnier.

Wambus+Triffany = Wambany, Troubleblog or Lottaham could also work but I like that first one better.

Gramble+Wiggle = GiggleWiggle?? Griggle?? Wigglefunny?? Gigglebottom??? Idek maybe Strawberry-Mango or something bc one is pink and and the other is orange.

Chandlo+Snorpy = Snorplo or Criblifting

Filbo+journalist = depends on what name you hc for the journalist but jilbo and bilbo are both great.
