You know something I noticed for the Outlaw NPC sprite was that a Feline was wearing a partially leopard print shirt. The female equivalent, a scary looking Phidia, was wearing a partially snakeskin jacket.

However, unlike leopard print, the sheddings snakes leave can renewably be made into clothes. This means that there could be an industry where Phidia's tails are manually and expertly shed by workers to produce high quality and fancy clothes.

usually im not one for a/b/o but I was thinking about what it would be like to be trans-dynamic or trans-dynamic AND trans-gender. listen, I do NOT see enough nontraditional a/b/o fics out there (which are the ones I prefer to read if I read a/b/o) and I need these to be discussed, okay??

like if you're an alpha man transitioning to an omega man or an omega woman. you have those scent and rut and heat suppressants and whatnot but like,,, are there any medications you can take that slowly changes your dynamic over time? O-shots that helps your body slowly start to produce slick or gives you heats? or A-gel that leads to bottom growth that makes you have a pseudo-knot (at least, if bottom surgery isn't an option immediately for a knot)? would these things change your scent, from however omegas typically present to how alphas do or vice versa?

what if you're a alpha woman transitioning into an omega man? where does that leave you? that's TWO genders you have to transition for. do you get top surgery AND go on O? but if we go for the stereotypical "Omega males get bigger chests and breastfeed", where does that leave an AtO FtM person who doesn't want a chest? Also you can't really... stop slick or a knot????? If you have dynamic dysphoria around that, I dunno what to do. Maybe going on A dries up slick or you can use a ring that prevents knots from forming?

how would they socially transition? I mean, in a society where everyone wears scent patches because it's rude to be overly scented in public spaces, you can easily just say you're an omega right? people might look at you strange if you don't "look like one" (whatever that means) but like?? it's not like they're gonna drop your pants to see if you produce slick or not??? unless there are more characteristics that denote dynamic than for sex/gender? Maybe you can even wear alpha-scent patches or something. change how you dress, if that's a factor, and other social transition things.

but what if its one of those "you can tell how people's moods change by their scent" universes where everyone can tell youre an alpha because you smell like fire and wood chips or whatever and having NO scent is "freaky"? using an unhealthy amount of suppressants would probably not be good? and people would probably KNOW, which would def be scary.

Then things like "nesting" in which, if it's more biological than social, how do you deal with that? Do you just call that a "den" instead? Try to stop yourself?

and of course, there is always the "knot-heads" stereotype for alphas and I-can't-remember-what-it-is for omegas. I think those are silly for secondary genders tbh, in the same way that gender roles and stereotypes are for the primary gender, because obviously just because you're a woman doesn't mean you have to be nurturing and mothering and calm and emotional and that also stands for being an omega. or being aggressive and domineering or whatever as it is for an alpha. Like there are DEF people who break these dynamic roles okay???

also its a little weird to me how betas are always treated; are they considered inter-dynamic? or are they a tertiary dynamic? or something else? Are the grand majority of people alphas or omegas, in which case maybe betas are inter-dynamic and alphas and omegas or dual-dynamic? Can you be XtB or BtX? also can people be treated to dynamics like they are to genders? a gay man likes men, but does he like omega or alpha men? both? would he be considered Gay^2 if he only liked alpha men as an alpha man?

and theres obviously gonna also be the negative side. de-tractors :/ the people who are gonna say "you were born an omega, blah blah blah" or there'll be trans chasers who only want to get with you because you're AtO and then you gotta fend off those weirdos and then doctors might tell you that you're too young to know anything and your mom (who you came out to as liking omegas back when you thought you were an omega) says "But, sweetie, you don't have to be an alpha to like omegas" because she doesn't really get it. you run away to another city where no one knows you and go stealth Alpha
