ongietuauditio is an ongitusio related specifically to delusions of the audible kind, otherwise known as auditory hallucinations. any subsets of this term relate to one's delusions being sound based. this simply aknowledges the disconnect between reality and one's perception of hearing, it does not trivialize, romantacize or idealize this expirience.
ongietuvisio is an ongitusio related specifically to delusions of the visual kind, otherwise known as visual hallucinations. any subsets of this term relate to one's delusions being sight based. this simply aknowledges the disconnect between reality and one's perception of sight, it does not trivialize, romantacize or idealize this expirience.
etimology:
auditio = latin for hearing/listening, coming from aud = to hear/listen
visio = latin for vision
note: these terms are not to confuse hallucinations themselves as delusions as they are not the same, but to include delusions around audible and visual hallucinations, comorbidity where one may effect the other and vice versa, and general audible and visual delusions that are often mistaken for hallucinations, vice versa and so on. the difference between such is delusions are beliefs while hallucinations are sensory only, there are overlaps and these terms are to aknowledge that.
this is inclusive of things like schizophrenia/schizospec disorders and any disorder/syndrome etc related to sight and sound, where as ongietucors only focuses on the self (body and identity wise).
