As promised, here is a basic list of the colour correspondences for the aura which I mostly got from my book “Energy Powers” buy Walter Woods. However the correspondences in bold are my own personal links and correspondences but you can and will find your own correspondences as everyone can see different colours easier and you can also merge the colours in a persons aura with what you know about them because everyone reacts differently and some emotions come easier for some people. positive: passion, power, leadership, confidence
Negative: nervous, aggressive, self-centred, shocked or angry
Positive: harmonious, creative, intuitive, energetic
Negative: worrisome, lazy, vain
Positive: intellectual, enthusiastic, optimistic
Negative: timid, overcritical, untruthful
Positive: trustworthy, compassionate, peace-loving
Negative: rigid, jealous, mistrustful
Positive: calm, devoted, sincere
Negative: blocked, oversensitive, forgetful, impatient
Positive: intuitive, healing, nurturing, spiritual
Negative: overbearing, self-important, distanced
There are of course many other colours and you will make your own correspondences as you become more experienced. Everyone is different though so you must remember this before jumping to conclusions through a basic aura reading of a person as, unlike tarot or many other forms or reading people and energies, it is often not based on your personal interpretation as it is about a persons reactions to an event or energy around them.
Bright and clear colours are positive and darker, murky colours can be read as negative but don't always assume one or the other as people show emotions differently. likewise too much of one or another colour or shade can be a bad thing as these emotions can overpower other. This balance can be kept in the same was spiritual peace and chakra balance is kept, things such as meditating regularly and eating and drinking well and regularly can keep this balance and the occasional cleanse through the body could be good to reset these emotions eg with tea or water or a relaxing bath spell ect.
