#avoiding work

I use this excuse to avoid doing anything in the winter. I use the " It's too hot" one when it gets to summer. As for the months inbetween I like to just chill out and relax 🤔😄

I need my Surprise Thingy! I NEEED IT! IT’S GETTING HARD TO CONTAIN MYSELF!

I will say, though. I am planning to possibly do a funky little victory video of me grabbing the package (🎵Context!~🎵) and going into my house, throwing myself into the wall and finally opening it to reveal the Surprise Thingy. But that requires me cleaning my house which…if the mood remains, I just might start when I get home today.

Hm. Should I make a map mural of Alagaesia on my wall somewhere? It’s my house (what do the kids say? Hashtag Blessed treefiddy yolo swag for jebus?) so I can do what I please with the walls. I’d need some kind of projector……..

On the Eve of BP:WK release I’ve wrote out some story ideas that I’d love to see written. hint, hint if anyone needs some ideas

1.) Reincarnated lovers

A.) Like constantly reincarnating lovers. Maybe they recognize each other. Lol it's "a whenever, wherever We're meant to be together"

B.) Reincarnated (Unrequited) lovers finally get together. They’ve always been circling b/c they are soul mates. The sacred vibranium was split in two and needs to be united. Their souls can finally rest and they can be together. 

C.) Shuri is not a new soul but the reincarnation of someone that Namor once loved long ago. That’s why it’s like someone he’s met her before.

2.) Historical: 1500s or earlier meeting. Wakanda sails west or Takonil sails East. Maybe they help fight the Spanish. Maybe they become trading partners.

3.) Historical: Prince of Talokin and Princess of Wakanda are taken by a colonizer country to be raised there after the invasion of their countries. Obviously they hate it there. But if they get married they can have a measure of freedom. Maybe they escape together to go back to their countries. Maybe they help coordinate so their countries can finally kick invaders out. Plus if it starts with a language barrier. Vaguely inspired by Bamba Müller & Duleep Singh.

4.) Original (original) script where T’Challa lives and is having an adventure with his son and Shuri is kidnapped by Namor

5.) Happily ever after. Everyone lives! T’Challa & N’dajaka are there. They are negotiating appropriate openness and responses. I truly believe that T’Challa could have worked it out. N’dajaka is, well, not a voice of reason but a realistic voice. 

6.) AU Western. Cowboys -

A.) Speculative Fiction. That somehow is removed from the genocidal western expansion?

B.) Non-Speculative - Probably more than half of cowboys in the now US southwest were non white, so take that as you may. I want cowboy Ch’ah Toh Alehen(/Namor). I want scientist/doctor Shuri.

7.) Korean International (high)School AU (poncho_anything's little comic is so cute.) I guess it doesn’t have to be Korean. But them eating steaming sweet potato is essential

8.) Tragedy: Their fight at the beach ends in both of their deaths They both kill each other on the beach. They die in each other’s arms thinking of grief/hate/what could have beens. Maybe they make nice in the afterlife.

9.) A fic that answers what  Ch’ah Toh Alehen/Namor’s mama was talking about. Like she was telling her son about a place untouched and protected. Was it just stories? Was there a connection between Wakanda and Talokan? Is Shuri a woman out of myth?

10.) Light hearted: Standalone/interconnected. Everyone is exasperated. Told from the point of view of:

A.) Ramonda - Can’t believe this man is boldly flirting in front of her with her daughter

B.) Namora - Disgusted by K'uk'ulkan just falling head over heels

C.) Riri - Completely stressed and worried about her literal life
