.. uh, not that bar! The BALLET BARRE! 🎀
Ballet is perfect for working the abs, thanks to all the BALANCE moves, yet you never have to do a single crunch on the floor! & the "barre" is also there to help you with the balance aspect, so you can push past that comfort zone 🤗
I would suggest doing each exercise for 1 minute, and doing the circuit 2-3 times through! If they are single leg exercises, do the exercise for 30 seconds each side.
