Sharp Remark 2nd Level Bard Evocation

You have gossiped and been around people long enough that you know what makes them tick as well as what affects them. Any enemy character within 90 feet who fails a roll to attempt an action or save is swiftly cut down by your sharpened tongue. Thy must make a Wisdom saving throw, upon a failure you attack them emotionally causing them to take 2d8 physic damage as you undermine their confidence and self-esteem. Leaving them to feel dejected inside.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, increase the damage by 1d8 per spell slot above 2nd
Firstly, THANK YOU for submitting this so I can queue it.
Secondly, they look great - but perhaps a little strong. For “Sasster Blaster” I would alter it so when enemies pass they take no damage instead of half. Also the range might be a little high for a level 1 spell, so bumping it down to a 20 foot range might help even things out.
I’m not fully sure I understand the wording of “Sharp Remark”, but it seems to be pretty on par with other spells of that level - maybe a little weak if all it does is 2d8. For a single target spell, you could increase the range to 120 ft.
