Ingredients: 1 baguette, sliced diagonally into inch slices. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cups cherry tomatoes, diced. cup fresh basil leaves, chopped. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Put olive oil and minced garlic in a small bowl and mix them together. Put slices of baguette on a baking sheet and brush each one with the olive oil that has garlic in it. The crostini should be baked in a hot oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crisp. Put chopped basil, diced cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a different bowl. Place one slice of crostini on top of another slice when they are done. If you want to add more flavor, you can sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the bruschetta. Serve right away and enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 bottle Ros wine. 8 slices prosciutto. 8 slices salami. 8 cherry tomatoes. 8 fresh mozzarella balls. 8 olives green or black, as preferred. 8 basil leaves. Balsamic glaze for drizzling.
Instructions: Salt and prosciutto should be cut into thin strips. You can put a cherry tomato, a mozzarella ball, an olive, a basil leaf, and a slice of prosciutto and salami on each skewer in any order you like. Repeat until all of the skewers are put together. Serve the skewers with a chilled bottle of Ros wine after putting them on a platter and glazing them with balsamic glaze.

Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Onion slices. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped basil, breadcrumbs, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Heat a grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil it. Cook the turkey burgers for about 5-6 minutes per side or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the Thousand Island Spread. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, and Worcestershire sauce. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for a minute or two until they are lightly browned. Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by a turkey burger patty, a spoonful of Thousand Island Spread, tomato slices, and onion slices. Top with the other half of the bun and secure with a toothpick if needed. Serve the Turkey Basil Burgers with Thousand Island Spread immediately, and enjoy!

Instructions: Start by heating the oven up to 450F 230C. On a baking sheet, put the small pizza crusts. Add the olive oil to a small bowl and mix in the salt and pepper. Spread the olive oil with garlic on each pizza crust. Spread the bocconcini cheese and cherry tomatoes that have been cut in half evenly over the pizza crusts. Add pepper and salt to taste. It should be baked in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and a little browned. Take the pizzas out of the oven and top them with fresh basil leaves. You can also add red pepper flakes on top if you like it hot. You can enjoy your Mini Cherry Tomato and Bocconcini Pizzas while they are still hot.
