Jugo de zarzamora

Una bebida refrescante, excelente antioxidante para empezar el día. Necesitamos una taza de zarzamoras, agua fria( litro y medio), medio limón exprimido (opcional) agave al gusto y una licuadora. Licuamos todo, volamos y listo!! Para aquéllos amantes de las manzanas añadan junto con la zarzamoras para una fabulosa combinación.
