~Female whumpee/whumper, living weapon, mind control whump, uuuuh, yeah, Idk what else to add rn~
Writing under the cut:
Her vision came black slowly and she let out a yelp of pain as it seeped in from the gash on her side, getting her aware quickly.
She wished she wasn't so aware.
She let out a scream of horror when she saw the bodies surrounding her, the blood pooled on the floor, the knife in her hand that quickly clattered to the ground. She tried to scramble backwards, but only ran into a pair of legs. She looked up and froze.
The woman that stood above her chuckled softly. Whumper's hand reached down and she threaded her fingers through Whumpee's hair. She stayed frozen, watching the bright red nails, sharp as falcon talons, so close to her face. Despite the pain from her gash and other injuries, and the flooding guilt and terror from the bodies and blood around her, it was those nails and this woman that stood above her.
“Oh sweetheart, you did so well!” Whumper cooed, “It's getting easier to get in your head now!” A tiny whimper escaped Whumpee's throat and Whumper chuckled again, a low, smooth sound that made Whumpee's heart race. Her nails came to rest under Whumpee's chin, pressing into her skin just slightly. Her thumb drifted over Whumpee's cheek, over the scars from those same nails. Where those red nails carved into her skin and her mind slipped away. She still didn't know how it worked. She never remembered what happened after those red nails broke her skin. But she usually woke up covered in blood and surrounded by bodies.
“Oh sweetheart, don't give me that look. I don't know if you can take much more at the moment. Your mind is getting a little… fragile. I wouldn't want to risk loosing my favorite weapon. Such a lovely, lovely girl. Stand now.” Whumpee slowly climbed to her feet, shaking heavily as she kept her eyes on the bright red nails. Whumper drew her nails away and Whumpee let out a sigh of relief. Whumper hummed and said
“Pick up the knife.” Her hand landed on a nearby table, those red nails tapping, one after another.
Whumpee hated the sound. But to speak was to be hurt. She slowly knelt down and picked up the knife, her hands trembling. A sob escaped her throat as she looked at the bodies around her, the people she killed. She didn't want to kill them, she never wanted to, but Whumper always made her. Red nails appeared on her shoulder and whumper said
“Come, we've got to go. No need for the police to find us at the scene.” Whumpee nodded and turned, following Whumper out of the building. Whumper's hand was up casually as she talked, walking ahead of her. Her red nails clicked together.
Click. Click. Click. Click. Click.
It was all Whumpee could focus on, those damn red nails.
Those red nails in the car, tapping on the steering wheel.
Those red nails on the door handle of the small apartment Whumper left Whumpee in most of the time, clacking against the metal.
Those red nails threading a needle with suture string, careful and precise.
Those red nails dipped in Whumpee's blood as Whumper threated her injuries.
Those red nails catching Whumpee's wrist when she tried to dash for the door.
Those red nails breaking Whumpee's skin again as her mind slipped back into Whumper's hands as Whumper hissed
“Don't you ever forget that you're mine.”

First time doing a writing event, hope you liked it!!! :)
@watsonbee
Now for some chatting:
HEHEHEHE, IM GONNA HAVE SO MUCH FUN WITH THIS!
My original idea for this one was for whumper to be a ghost, but I wasn't sure about it, so I ended up going towards mind control instead, because thats close enough. It also works well with something I won't share quite yet. :)
The Red Nails things arose because I wanted Whumper to have something recognizable and notable about her, and the nails were what came to mind. This will be important.
Tomorrow, you can look forward to my Day 2 writing!
"Beating the Babes: Birthday Bash" Event Starts Tomorrow!!!
Woo-hoo! I meant to make a post like this way sooner, but better late than never, lol
As I mentioned back in January, I've updated the event duration. Basically the official week is from August 1st until August 7th, but you can post entries throughout the month of August! I myself have been consumed by irl things and will be busy this week unfortunately. But, as long as things are tagged properly, I'll do my best to get everyone's things into the queue.

Companion Comfort-themed event also happening at the same time
Hope you all enjoy! Remember: no pressure and have fun!!!
~Disclaimer for all drabbles- none are considered 100% canon; the more recently made, the closer they are to canon, but these are mostly for fun for me to figure out the characters+plot!~
Author's note: another I think that'll be before she meets Anna
Lilith
Once she was alone in her room, Lilith burst into silent tears. A skill she'd perfected long before her mother had been locked away.
Not for the first time, she considered asking her father if she could quit modeling. After another day of performing, of producing fake emotion after fake emotion... she was so...
Her sobs turned to hiccups that she muffled with her hand. Gods, she was pathetic. No one would ever respect her as her father's successor if they saw her like this. She already had her work cut out for her disproving she wasn't "just a pretty face." She didn't need another reputation as a pathetic cry baby.
She held her breath and willed herself to stop crying. It took a few tries and by the end she was quite lightheaded, but as always, it worked.
Straightening out her shoulders, she wiped away her tears and proceeded to head to the bathroom. Time to wipe off her make-up and watch silly rom-coms until she fell asleep.
~Female whumpee/whumper, mentions of death, stabbing, defiant Whumpee, a bit of beating, restrained whumpee, isolation ~
Writing under the cut:
Whumpee slowly woke up, wincing at the pain in her head and the scratch on her cheek. Well, clearly the fight with Whumper had gone super well. That stupid mind control had caught her off guard and she wasn't able to hold onto her mind. Whumpee opened her eyes to a dark room. She blinked a few times to ajust. The room was small, a flight of stairs leading up to a door. No windows. Likely a basement.
A basement meant to hold a person, from the chains around Whumpee's hands and feet, the grate in the concrete floor, and the old bloodstains. This would be bad.
Whumpee's eyes flashed up towards the door as it opened. Whumper stepped through the door and hit the light switch at the top of the stairs. Whumpee winched at the sudden bright light, then narrowed her eyes at Whumper.
Her red hair seemed to almost glow in the light as she picked bloody dirt out from under her sharp red fingernails, that bracelet hanging around her wrist. Her eyes flashed over to Whumpee and those red lips smiled as she said
“Burying bodies is such tedious work, isn't it, angel?” Whumpee glared and snapped
“I don't kill people, so I wouldn't know.” Whumper rolled her eyes as she walked down the stairs, flipping her bright red hair over her shoulder as she said
“I barely touched her.”
“You pushed that poor woman down the stairs!” Whumper stopped in front of Whumpee, saying coldly
“But you were supposed to save her. Weren't you? Wasn't that the whole reason you came here, Angel?” Whumpee flinched. It was. It was what she came here to do. And she failed. That poor woman ended up dead at her feet.
Whumper chuckled, a low and smooth sound, and Whumpee ripped her head away from Whumper's red nails when she tried to touch her face, glaring at her. Whumper hummed and said
“Don't fight too hard. Or you'll forget who's in power here.” Whumpee glared and said
“You're never going to control me.” Whumper smiled and said
“Oh, I don't plan on it. I just want to hurt you, angel.” Whumpee went to speak, but only a yelp escaped her lips as Whumper's heeled shoe sailed into her gut.
“Typically I'm not one for plain torture, but I'll make an exception for you. You've put me in a bad mood, angel.” She stomped on one of Whumpee's hands and she let out a cry of pain before Whumper walked over to a tool box and opened it. An array of glowing knives became visible. Whumpee tensed and snapped
“Why are you doing this?” Whumper hummed, red hair falling down her back as her red nails trailed over the knives. She smiled and said
“Because you made me mad. I wouldn't have lost my love if it wasn't for you, angel.” Whumpee snapped
“Thats not my name, and that wasn't hers.” Whumper picked up a knife and smiled back at her, saying
“I don't really care, angel.” She walked over and lifted Whumpee's chin with her knife. Whumpee leaned away and snapped
“I'm not to blame for your actions.” Whumper smiled as she cut a small line on the underside of Whumpee's chin, saying
“Are you sure? I mean, you're supposed to stop me, right? Now look at you. At my mercy.” Whumpee winced and said
“Of which you have none.” Whumper nodded and said
“Correct.” Before driving the knife into Whumpee's shoulder. Whumpee let out a scream, pain consumed her shoulder, then began to radiate out in waves as Whumpee tried to hold a sob in, but let it out with another cry of pain as Whumper ripped it back out. Whumper held the knife up, Whumpee's blood dripping off it. Whumper pulled her hand through her red hair and smiled, saying
“Wow, that's more fun than I thought it would be! I should do this more, angel!” Whumpee glared and hissed
“Fuck you” Whumper sliced the side of Whumpee's cheek and said in a sing song,
“Language, Angel!” Whumpee closed her eyes, took a breath, then leaned back and said
“You're just doing this to feel powerful.”
“I am powerful.” Whumper replied. Whumpee smiled condescendingly and said
“You can tell yourself tha-” She let out another scream as Whumper's knife buried itself into her other shoulder. Whumper grabbed her face and said
“Don't be stupid and piss me off more.” Whumpee looked up at her and hissed
“Not as collected as you pretend to be?” Anger flared and Whumper ripped the knife out, snapping
“You don't know anything about me.” Whumpee forced herself to take a breath, then said
“You like to be in control, calm and collected around people that are falling apart. You make them crumble, then blame them. You do it because you know-” She was cut off with a kick to the chest and the cracking of her ribs. She gasped for air, and pain stabbed her lungs as she tried to breathe. Whumper smiled and said
“Stop pretending you know all, angel. You're nothing down here.” Whumpee moved back, pain stabbing through her injuries. She glared up at Whumper, who's head was in front of the light, her red hair glowing. It looked as if she had a halo behind her.
How ironic.
Whumpee hissed
“You're cruel.” Whumper laughed and put the knife away, then headed towards the stairs as she said
“Cruel? Oh, I can do that. Id tell you to watch, but I don't think I'll be coming back.” What? No. No, no, no, no no no nononono. Panic set in as Whumpee pulled against the chains, asking
“Wait, what, what are you doing?!” Whumper opened the door at the top of the stairs and turned off the basement light. She turned her head back to look at Whumpee and smiled, red hair falling down her back as she said
“Goodbye, Angel.”
She stepped through the door and closed it, plunging Whumpee into lonely darkness.
~~~
She let out screams that no one could hear.
Again, I feel like this could be better, but its not bad for a single day with limited time to write! I'm not too disappointed with it!
Hope you enjoyed and make sure to read the previous parts:
~Female whumpee/whumper, pet whump (sorta), party whump, kinda creepy whumper I guess,~
Writing under the cut:
Her dull eyes stared into the mirror as the necklace of bright red jewels was placed around her neck, red nails clicking against the gold metal as Whumper hooked the chain together in the back. Her hands then slipped over onto Whumpee's shoulders as she leaned forward and said into Whumpee's ear
“You look wonderful.”
Whumpee didn't reply. She never did. Another day. Another party Whumper took her to. Nothing changed. It was all the same.
Whumper moved away, chattering on about how pretty Whumpee looked, as always.
Whumpee simply stared at the ruby necklace around her neck. She hated this collar. She hated the matching bracelet on Whumper's wrist. She hated this ever repeating cycle.
She looked at the ornate room through the mirror. At the two women covered in red jewelry. For one, it kept her trapped, under control. For the other, it gave her power. The same as always.
Whumper raised her hand, the red jewels in her bracelet gleaming in the light.
As always, Whumpee stood with the movement, the collar around her neck pulling her up. She looked at Whumper with dead eyes. Whumper sighed and said
“Pet, stop giving me that look. Stop acting as if you don't enjoy this,” Whumper smiled, “I gave you everything you've ever wanted. Isn't this better than when you starved on the streets? Isn't this more peaceful?”
Peaceful. Whumpee wanted to laugh. Peaceful felt like the wrong word for this ever repeating cycle of pain. At least the life she had before meeting Whumper had been a life. This, this was something else. This was never what she wanted. The good life she asked for wasn't supposed to mean monotony.
Whumper strode over to Whumpee, heels clicking against the floor. Her hand reached up to hold Whumpee's face. Those red jewels on the bracelet pressed on her skin, cold and uncaring. Whumper's sharp red nails traced invisible patterns on Whumpee's cheek with a feather light touch. Then Whumper asked the same question that she always did,
“Don't you love this?” And Whumpee replied with the same answer,
“No. This wasn't what I wanted.” And Whumper chuckled, that low and smooth sound, and she said the same words
“But it's what you get, pet.” Her hand slipped down to Whumpee's wrist and she pulled her towards the door, saying
“Come, we've got to go. My friends are waiting on us!” Whumpee let herself be pulled. It was no use fighting, even if it broke the cycle for just a moment. Whumper was too powerful, and enjoyed the cycle too much. So Whumpee just got in the limo, sitting next to Whumper. She stared out the window at the city passing by. Whumper's voice chatted on in her ear. Probably talking about that other girl from the past, her sweetheart or something. Whumpee couldn't care less. She hated this dress. It felt terrible on her skin, and the cool air conditioning of the limo chilled everywhere the dress didn't cover. Like usual. Suddenly, the red jewels on her necklace pulled her head into Whumper's hand. Whumper smiled and said
“Oh, you look so beautiful, Pet. My pretty girl.” Whumpee's voice shook as she said
“You always say that. But do you mean it?” Whumper laughed and patted her cheek, hard. She smiled and leaned in close, saying
“Of course I do. You're beautiful. I like pretty things. Now, I suggest you watch your tone, or you might make me frustrated, and then I'll have to let off some steam when we get home.” Whumpee froze and Whumper's nails gently traced the contours of her face, the red jewels flashing in the light. Whumper smiled and said
“So I suggest you behave.”
Whumpee did. She followed the usual motions, smiled politely, and stayed at Whumper's side the whole night. She didn't resist when the red jewels beckoned and pulled. She fell into the repetitive routine. She hated how easy it was.
Then she fell. Her necklace pulled her towards Whumper too quickly while she was walking down a set of stairs and she lost her footing, crashing to the floor in front of the entire party. She laid there for a moment, and smiled despite the pain. At least it was something new. This had never happened before.
But her smile fell when Whumper stood over her with danger in her eyes.
The ride home was quiet. Everything hurt from her fall.
When they got home, the regular cycle was back, from the way Whumper threw her to the ground and dragged her around the house, ranting on how she embarrassed her. It was a normal occurrence. Whumpee was subject to her whims, but her whims tended to be regular it seemed. Or perhaps she liked the routine. Either way, she tried to let her mind wander away as Whumper threw her around.
But she let her mind wander too far. Whumper noticed. Whumpee's head was suddenly dragged into Whumper's hand so fast she yelped, her mind rocketing back into the moment. Whumper gripped her chin tightly, nails pressing into her skin.
But what caught Whumpee's eyes wasn't the nails. No. It was the red jewels in the bracelet. Those bright red jewels that allowed Whumper to control every peice of matching jewelry she put on Whumpee. Maybe if Whumpee could get ahold of those jewels, she could end this wretched cycle. She tuned out whatever Whumper was saying, her eyes focused on those red, sparkling jewels.
Whumper's grip loosened, and Whumpee moved, her hands reaching up to claw out the red jewels. Just one, at least one. Maybe that would be enough.
A strange shiver went through whumpee as she managed to get her fingernails underneath the red jewel. She yanked and the red jewel slipped out of its socket.
She got it. She got it! Whumpee rasied her hand to throw the jewel down.
Whumper's red nails wrapped around Whumpee's wrist and squeezed, forcing Whumpee to drop the bright red jewel for Whumper to catch.
Hopelessness flooded Whumpee as she saw the red jewel, her ticket to freedom, land back into Whumper's hands and she crumpled to the ground with a sob. Whumper hummed, holding the red jewel up to the light before popping it back into her bracelet and saying
“This again, pet? You really need to learn to stop trying it.” She smiled as she reached down and tilted Whumpee's chin up to look at her through tear filled eyes. Whumper gently said
“Just enjoy this life Ive given you. A lovely little routine.”
The next night, her dull eyes stared into the mirror as the necklace of bright red jewels was placed around her neck, red nails clicking against the gold metal as Whumper hooked the chain together in the back. Again.
@watsonbee
Mundane as a prompt tripped me up, but obviously, I figured it out. The Mundane can come from a never ending and tiring cycle.
Make sure to check out my first peice of writing for this event:
“I just want people to stop lying to me!” Whumpee sobbed, tugging the shawl the woman sitting on the steps next to her gave her. The woman, Whumper, rubbed Whumpee's back, saying
“I'm so sorry, darling. Men can be terrible sometimes.” Whumpee sobbed and leaned into Whumper's open arms, saying
“I'm just so tired of being lied to, again and again! Everyone lies to me! I just wish they would stop!” Whumper gently rubbed her arm, sharp red nails ghosting over her skin, the metal of her ruby bracelet as cold as the rain falling outside the little gazebo they sat in. Whumpee turned her head and sobbed into Whumper's shoulder. Whumper petted her hair as she said
“It'll be ok, darling.” She paused, then asked
“You want people to stop lying to you?” Whumpee looked up at her, meeting her strange red eyes as she nodded. Her red lips curved into a soft smile as she asked
“More than anything?” Whumpee nodded and said
“More than anything. I want people to stop lying to me.” Whumper smiled and took Whumpee's hand, saying
“I can do that.” Whumpee frowned in confusion, asking
“What?” Whumper chuckled and said
“I'm a powerful person. I can give you whatever you wish. I'll need you to do some things for me, but we can figure that out later. How does that sound?” Whumpee laughed and said
“This has gotta be a joke.”
“Humor me.” She replied with a gentle smile. Whumpee paused, then smiled and said
“Sure” Whumper's gentle smile turned chillingly wicked as she said
“It's a deal.”
A blink. That was all it took. That was all it took for her world to shatter as she looked at the woman in front of her.
Sharp red nails now claws. Red jewels now studded into skin, not just bracelets. Red lips parting to show sharp teeth. Horns appearing in flaming red hair. Skin turning red as blood.
Whupee went to scream, but Whumper's hand covered her mouth and she said
“Quiet, darling. You said you didn't want to be lied to anymore, didn't you? So I've let you see through all the lies. Including false appearances. And it has just been so long since I showed my true form to a mortal. It's been a while since I showed my true form at all, even when that angel showed up. I wasn't particularly trying to keep the human disguise, but it becomes easy, you know? Ok, darling. I think it's time for us to go. Up, up now, no screaming.” She slowly removed her hand, leaving Whumpee staring at her in shocked terror at what she was looking at. No. No. This couldn't be real. She drank too much at the party. Someone slipped something in her drink. She, she was dehydrated from crying. She passed out and this was just a nightmare.
“This can't be real,” Whumpee whispered to herself without thinking. Whumper laughed and pulled her to her feet, patting her cheek and saying
“Oh, but it is, darling.” She flicked her hand and a limo drove up nearby. She said
“We'll have to walk through the rain a bit, but that's not bad. I have some lovely clothes for you at home! Come now!” Whumper's red claws wrapped around Whumpee's wrist and pulled, but Whumpee didn't move. She tried to pull away, saying
“No.” Whumper laughed,
“You don't get to say that to me anymore, darling.” She pulled, and Whumpee didn't move. Whumper sighed and said
“Fine. The hard way it is.” Whumpee yelped in pain as Whumper's nails dug into her skin. She tried to pull away, but Whumper pulled her close, kissing her forehead as things went to black.
Whumpee blinked back to consciousness in a strange room, sitting in front of a vanity mirror with a ruby necklace around her neck that she didn't recognize. Red hands landed on her shoulder and red eyes looked into hers through the mirror. Whumpee let out a scream and kicked herself back. Whumper smoothly stepped out of the way and looked down at her with a disappointed look, saying
“Darling, get up.” Whumpee scrambled to her feet and backed off as she snapped
“What the hell do you want?!” She tried to take off the necklace, but it wouldn't come off. It seemed the clasp had been welded together. Whumper laughed, smiling with sharp teeth as she said
“Oh darling, you already gave me what I wanted. A deal means we both get something. No one can lie to you now, including me.” She paused, then asked
“What did you get?” Whumper laughed and raised her hand, the studded rubies glowing. Whumpee yelped as the strange necklace dragged her towards Whumper until her face landed in her hand. She smiled and rubbed her thumb over Whumpee’s cheek, asking
“What do you think I got? You’re a smart one. Look at me and think of what I might want from a mortal.” Whumpee’s mind raced, then shuddered to a halt.
Oh. Oh no.
“My soul” Whumpee said quietly, the realization setting in like a stone sinking to the bottom of the ocean. Whumper smiled, red eyes glowing as she said
“Yes! Good job darling! You got it right on target! Look at this!” she flicked her fingers and a ghostly red line looped around Whumper’s wrist, connecting to Whumpee’s head and heart. Whumper smiled,
“You’re mine now, Darling. That’s how it works. I own what makes you… you. Even when you eventually die, your soul just makes me more powerful. And the best part? There’s no getting out of it.” Whumpee’s knees gave out and she crumpled to the ground, hugging herself tightly. No no no. This couldn’t be happening. Whumper kneeled down next to her, her red face looking almost kind as she grabbed Whumpee’s hands and pulled them in front of her, smiling gently and saying
“Don’t look so terrified, darling. I’ll give you everything. A wonderful life. A manor, food better than anything you’ve ever eaten before, glamorous parties all the time! Doesn’t that sound wonderful?” Whumpee tried to pull away, but Whumper’s grip was titanium as she snapped
“No! I don’t want to be here! Let go of me!” The kind facade fell and annoyance entered Whumper’s eyes as she asked
“Why are none of you mortals grateful! I give you exactly what you ask for!” She let go, Whumpee scrambled back, Whumper stood and stepped away as she snapped
“All the other girls before you, I gave them what they wanted but they were never grateful! My sweetheart wanted to be strong, so I gave her strength! She became stronger and more dangerous than any other mortal! And she was so useful! It made it so easy to get myself in a good position, I just had her kill whatever mortals I needed dead! But I took care of her! Yet she tried to run, so she forced me to use my mind control on her again, and her mind broke! She was useless after that, half her soul breaking and all, that was so annoying!” Whumpee glanced around for a weapon as Whumper kept talking,
“And then there was my pet. She was living on the streets when I found her, so I gave her a better life, but she never appreciated it! It’s not my fault she was weak!” Whumper’s hair started to literally burn red as she paced around the room, snapping
“I don’t understand why she hated it! I was being perfectly reasonable! She had no reason to complain! And then, and I’m still so angry about this, there was my love… she died such a stupid death! She wanted to be loved, so I loved her! I kept her safe at my country house! I never hurt her! I was careful to only use kisses to sway her rather than full mind control! She had everything she wanted! She was happy and loved! I kept her safe! But then that damn angel showed up and ruined everything! Her presence broke my sway, because of course it did! She took off the necklace and tried to leave! But she was mine! I didn’t mean to push her! She moved at the wrong time! That’s not my fault!” There. The candle. Whumpee slowly moved towards it as Whumper turned her back
“Sunshine though, the next one, that was just boring. I was trying to show Angel that I could be much crueler, but she was locked in the basement, so I don't know what I was thinking, really. The vacation was nice though. I probably would have brought Sunshine back home with me, if she hadn’t run. But it was really just too much trouble to keep around a girl with so much fight in her, so I killed her.” Whumper paused as Whumpee carefully approached her with the candle raised. Whumper hummed and started to turn as she said
“Oh wow, the lying thing I did for you is really work-” Whumpee didn’t let her finish, slamming the candle into her head, just below the twisting horns. Whumper yelped as she fell, caught off balance. She held her head, saying
“Ow!” Whumpee threw it at her and ran out of the room, looking for a door.
Whumper’s voice echoed through the hallways, coming from every which way,
“That was a bad idea, darling. That hurt. I don’t particularly feel like playing cat and mouse though,” Whumpee screamed as a wall of fire rose up in front of her and she stumbled back, falling, but she climbed to her feet and went towards another hallway, only for another wall of flame to appear, this time catching the hem of her dress. She screamed as she ran back towards where she came, hoping her movement would put out the fire.
But it didn’t. Especially not as the last hallway erupted in flames and burned her hands, so hot it felt cold, until it felt like nothing at all and she stumbled back into the wall, screaming and crying as she looked at her blackened hands. She looked up in horror as she heard a low and smooth chuckle.
Whumper stepped through the flames that were quickly enclosing on Whumpee, red lips curled into a wicked smile as her red eyes burned with anger and sadism.
“Oh, what a shame” Whumper hissed as she approached, “Perhaps I won’t keep you, Darling. Too much fight and all.” She flicked her fingers and the necklace fell to the ground, only to be replaced by Whumper’s burning hands, cutting off Whumpee’s scream with fire.
The last thing Whumpee saw were Whumper’s red eyes.
Anna
"I don't think I've heard you laugh."
Anna stiffened. She watched Serpico as he looked her over, playing with the crop in his hands.
"I think you would have a nice laugh. Almost as nice as your screams." he said, his lips twisting up into a smirk.
She fought the urge to roll her eyes and grit her teeth.
His hand pet her hair. "What do you say, baby? You want to laugh for me? I promise I'll make it worth your while."
Bile rose up in her throat, forcing her to cough it back down. "I'm not happy enough here to laugh, sir." she said back.
Instead of the backlash she was expecting, he hummed. "Yes, that does cause an issue..." She tensed as he paused after trailing off. "How about we change that, hmm?"
A knot of nausea twisted in her gut as he pulled her to her feet, forcing her into the Chair and strapping her into it.
"No, no, no, please, sir. I'll laugh, I'll laugh! I just- I just need a-" She yelped as he struck her across the face.
He forced her face up, gripping her cheeks and jaw so hard she felt it creak and bruise. "You said you need to be happy, baby." he cooed, his green eyes icy. "And I have just the thing to make you go up on cloud nine."
Anna sobbed the whole time, but went limp in the chair when he let her face go. She couldn't stop him, not restrained like this. All she could do was wait and cry while he prepared a syringe with some pink liquid in a vial.
"This'll fix you right up for me, baby girl." he said, teeth flashing as he pushed the needle into her arm. "You'll be plenty happy for the next few hours. Of course, there's side effects, but don't worry, I'll take good care of you."
