I made salmon for my wife. It’s looked so good. My beef was tender and delicious as always. Reverse seared beef tri-tip tonight seasoned with @fogocharcoal The Rub and some olive oil. Served with roasted broccoli tossed in chopped garlic, evoo and lemon juice and some smashed Yukon gold potatoes seasoned with @meatchurch Garlic & Herb. Tasty meal! The beef was cooked on the @kamadojoe Classic 2 over FOGO charcoal at 350 then 550 degrees.
