Power-Packed Smoothie
The perfect way to start your day!
Ingredients (Note: I didn’t take exact measurements for any of the ingredients):
1 frozen banana
A couple pieces of frozen mango
Frozen pineapple
Frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries)
Lots of fresh baby spinach
A couple scoops of almond butter
Chia Seeds
Flaxseed Meal (Ground Flaxseeds)
I didn’t add hemp seeds this time, but they would be a great addition to this smoothie!
Liquid: I used coconut water and unsweetened vanilla almond milk--with a little more coconut water than almond milk. I personally like to combine different liquids in my smoothies, but I am not set on any one combination.
