Messages From The Stars by the RAH Band reminds me of Tim/Kon or Tim/Bernard

The line "I get messages from the stars when you're making love to me" causes me to giggle every time. Tim and Bernard strike me as the type of people unable to turn their brains off even when they need to or want to.

In the middle of every interaction, I can see both of them reworking theories or thoughts about the people around them.

With Tim/Kon, Tim is probably reworking his contingency plans and the stats he made for Kryptonians at the most inconvenient times.

With Tim/Bernard, Bernard is probably reworking a theory he has about Tim specifically.

Therefore, they both get "messages from the stars" about their partner

Jason's desire for chaos in regard to Tim doesn't help ------------ Bernard continues full speed ahead, “The only question is when you fell in love with him.” The table comes to a full and complete halt. Bernard notices this time and shrinks a little, “Or maybe he fell in love with you? One-sided?” he gasps, “Did you not know? I’m so sorry. I thought it was obvious.” Tim looks like he’d very much like to melt into the floor and just… become one with the rug.

Bernard, shaking hands with Kon: So you're Kon. Tim has told me a lot about you.

So I just marathoned the new Titans season and.

I have words.

So much to say, so little time;

Such as mpreg Connor, or boarderline-pedophilic BerTim. (TimBer? I don’t know, I don’t read a lot about them.)

And about that, I don’t even think the writers even realized what they were doing, because Tim’s actor is twenty four, but Tim is seventeen in the show. Seventeen. And Bernard’s age is never specified, but his actor is thirty, so chew on that for a moment and tell me you don’t want to jump off the nearest cliff.

And like, the worst thing is that I ship it, I think it works really well, but on this one technicality I feel like shit for liking them so much.

By the way, I’m glad no one made a big deal of them both being guys. Like, it wasn’t even mentioned. The team was just like “oh, okay, well good for you, friend” and that was that.

And also, why the fuck did they make Connor go bald. He looks like a serial killer, the lead singer in a jazz band, and the world’s greatest looser all at once. Why.

And another thing, Gar looks so different in this season. Like, he looks so cleaned up. And also what happened to his hair? Those bangs are doing him no favors.

Raven is killing it this season though. Her outfits are amazing, her makeup is on point, her hair is- well, was, before they aged her up forty years - gorgeous, and she’s just beautiful all around. Yes, even when she’s covered in blood.

Oh, sidenote, my mom and I both hate this show so much, because it’s so, so bad, but we still watch it because we have to know what happens next. We both actively refer to it as torture. That being said, this season wasn’t nearly as bad as some of the last ones. Like, Jesus, not even close. We actually kind of enjoyed watching it this time around. It was kind of fun, and I like the character dynamics now that they’re not constantly fighting each other or making stupid decisions.

Speaking of which, why does nobody tell anyone anything in this show? Like, maybe some people should have said something the first time they got a vision foretelling the end of the world. Maybe.

But I guess that’s just me.
