I was too busy to get a pic of the post apple picking dinner for 24 of hubs’ family. But I managed one when serving leftovers next day. Simple pan roast of chicken thighs, Italian sausage, peppers, onions, potatoes, and white wine; roasted local broccoli, cauliflower, parsnips, and carrots; bean salad; orecchiette, freshly picked heirloom toms.
