I am sad to report that this character was killed mercilessly by the playgroup, but I will remember throwing players 100 feet across the map for 10d6 bludgeoning damage fondly.

Its called a Snoblin. Half Snake half Goblin (Duh). Its eyes can see all around its sides and it senses its front with its multi-pronged tongue.
