Mood Journal - November 5th

Morning: Mood: Somber & Gloomy - Still feeling sad over the flare of my liver disease. I have to call and make an appointment for that today. All in all just left feeling very down lately. I had bloodwork yesterday to check my lithium levels and I hope it’s high enough because lately I feel myself slipping into a depressive state. Which is especially strange since I haven’t felt many depressive symptoms over the past few weeks. Depression: 3 Anxiety: 3 Sleep: 8 hours Appetite: moderate

I’ve been so consistantly happy these past couple of days, I could cry

I was thinking one day. When does depression end? Then I realized-it ends when it ends me.

Eating unknown calories. Ugh. Had 70 cal and then burned it all off. And then I had 90 cal and then dinner which is-probably 500 cal. Ugh. At least this is the only high calorie thing I've had today.
