Thinking about how the two of you would’ve met… it was the 80s. Michael being invited into an exclusive tennis match, of course he wasn’t a huge expert on it, but he still attended. That’s when he met you, once your name was announced you strut into the court with confidence — your eyes were sharp, you knew what your purpose was, to win. Michael only knew the very basics of tennis — barely the depths of it, but even he knew you were making your opponent looked like beginner, worse — a toddler. You were aggressive, yet so graceful, it was like you already had the match in the palm of your hand the second you entered.
Thinking about your first interactions… it would be at an after party in the same day as the match. Michael was mesmerized by you, talking to the other guest or dancing to the catchy music. He finally had the courage to go and talk to you, and he must say your personality in real life was so much different than in the court. You were well mannered, but straight forward — often giggly, your priorities were clear. Not gonna lie, it sure was difficult getting your number. First attempt you politely declined, saying you don’t date in the business, but Michael knew not to give up on you that easily.
Thinking about how he’d yearn over you… after his first attempt, Michael would often attend in more tennis matches — specifically only the ones you were in. And it didn’t took you long enough to notice that, after the third match he’s been you finally went up and talk to him in an after party.
“You again” you said with a proud pretend surprise smile. “what can i say tennis won me over” Michael waved his arms. “hmm, you sure it’s the tennis?” you joked. “yeah of course what else would it be?” “okay, so I’m assume you’ll attend the one in Japan next week?” “Oh you know it, I’ll be there” he said confidently.
you laughed, with Michael being all clueless and confused.
“what? you don’t believe, I’ll be there for sure” he smiled. “baby… there is no tournament in Japan next week” Got him.
Although, even if you find it very funny that the king of pop is attending tennis tournaments here and there — well, the ones you’re attending too, It eventually got your attention as now you were definitely interested in him now.
Thinking about how you two would start dating… after finally giving in, exchanging phone numbers — boy was that the best decision you’ve made. The two of you were in love, and not the kind that it made you two completly loose track of your careers — in fact the opposite. You were on a winning streak while he performed better and better. You were both perfectionist, sort of like two sides of the same coin, Michael was always soft spoken — always was, while you — you were vicious, but you both wanted the same outcome, and somehow the two of find piece in each other. Michael manage to find the soft spot in you, and you manage to find the fiery spirit he often repressed. You needed each other.
Thinking about how the public found out… you kept your relationship secret at first, it made things a whole lot easier. But after just a few months the cat was out of the bag, one day Michael so happens to be performing on the same day as your next tournament, both of you wished to see each other live, in your book it was nearly impossible— but not for Michael. As soon as his final song ended, with the curtains finally closing, he booked a ride and bolted to your match. Word spreads fast, and hearing the king pop ran out of the stadium as fast as he could — of course the public followed. As Michael arrived at your tournament, just in time for you to take the wind, everyone couldn’t believe it. After receiving the metal and taking pictures, you wasted no time running to the singer that still had his stage outfit on, giving him a hug and a quick kiss, now that was definitely the cherry on top.
Thinking about how you two would be in bed… there was no competition when it comes to physical intimacy. Both of you were amazing being dominated, but often times it’d be the opposite. Especially for you, you were always seen so in control, so when it comes to you, seen like this in bed — legs spread out, laying on your boyfriends chest as his fingers were deep into you, hair being slightly pulled, begging, whining to him, it just couldn’t be you think to yourself. For Michael, there was this secret guilty pleasure of his, whenever you lost a match — of course he’d be the first one to comfort you. But he’d admit, the way you’d put your anger out on him, pumping out his cock aggressively with no mercy — all while you angrily complained about your problems while he lay there, whimpering at your aggressive touch. God he felt extremely guilty.
Thinking about how you two would be in interviews… it was the 2000s, Happily married. And when the tabloids came in, you weren’t afraid to say something in interviews. You always stood by his side no matter what — you knew him, the real him. You were always stern when it comes to being interviewed, even before Michael, you were still laughing — smiling and talkative, but you answered what was necessary. You always smile proud whenever Michael was able to talk back with absolute grace to interviewers when its about completely unnecessary drama.
Thinking about the two of you raising a family… in Michael’s semi retirement phase, he focused attending to your matches — all while raising your children. You never lost your edge when it comes to tennis, Michael would often exaggerate your skills to the kids back at home. Whenever you two would get caught by the kids entering the master bedroom without knocking in mid-intimacy, having them questioning what you were doing — you’d always answer with “talking about tennis”
Thinking about how you two would argue… Michael proposed something he’ll know would make you angry, to retire. You were stubborn, very stubborn — but deep down you know he’s right, it was time to grow up. You were getting old, you have a family know — as much as you wanted to you couldn’t keep doing this forever. It took a lot, a whole while for you to turn a corner. It was one of the few times Michael gets to see you cry again, watching you end your career— but you knew it was for the better. Naturally the next best thing for you was to do coaching, which you tried for a year or two, but eventually you stopped the whole thing, realizing a whole new purpose to life, raising a loving family.
