It's 5:19 am and I'm sitting here, on my bed, wondering if D&D managed not only to ruin Lannitarth for the show itself, but for me as well.

Having Brienne and Jaime fighting side by side and spending a few weeks as a couple, added a new layer to their previous interactions.

But having Jaime reuniting and dying with Cersei in his arms, after breaking Brienne's heart, made it all seem like a big fat lie.

I'm looking at gifs of those two, and I feel like I've been fooled and betrayed by the writers and one of my faves.

Do I still love Jaime x Brienne, or have D&D finally convienced me that there was never any love between the two?

bitterness

The taste of coffee is bitter yet satisfying. It stays with your cheeks, and the side of your tongue.

Surprisingly it’s a berry, a roasted, bitter, berry, with a kick.

I like tea too, the slower acting illusion of a fermented leaf infusion or the bitter, coffee-like sweetness, of high mountain greenness.

Sometimes a berry- a Java, others a leaf- oolong?

It’s nice to savour such gifts of nature while pondering the trees and what it all means. Wisdom is in bitterness, bitterness is good.
