I think a score of 5.4 on a 20m bleep test means u have to run the 20m 8 times in 8 seconds, 8 times in 7 seconds, 8 times in 6 seconds and then 4 times in 5 seconds?? Is that right???

But yeah in case anyone was wondering I had to go into college earlier and I heard yelling and crying from the football field and I looked over and they were doing the Bleep Test. A team of 16-20 year old men crying and lying on the ground. All thanks to the Bleep Test.
