With Bruno Bucciarati, you fall first and harder.
Bruno takes his job very seriously; while he doesn’t necessarily see romance as a hindrance, he also doesn’t actively seek it out. His focus is on his team, and they will always be his main priority. Besides, even if he did ever fall in love, and even if that person is a Stand user, he wouldn’t want to endanger them because of who he is. I can’t imagine him falling for someone outside of the mafia, though.
When you join his team, you can’t help being entranced by Bruno’s kindness, but also brutal efficiency. It takes Bruno far longer to feel any sort of romantic attraction to you, and even once he does, while he is a bit shocked at the realization, he takes it with grace and proceeds with his life as usual.
Bruno is most certainly the one to ask you out, unless you happen to be particularly bold. But he does so a while after he realizes his feelings; he wants to figure out the logistics of dating one of his subordinates, first.
Bruno is a very loving boyfriend once you do start dating. He tries not to let his favoritism show, but he can’t help giving you less dangerous missions, even though he knows you’re a capable person. He loves you, and he just wants you to be safe. Dates are few and far between because of your jobs, but when both of you have free time, he takes you somewhere intimate and meaningful, making sure you have the best date night you possibly can.

With Leone Abbacchio, you fall first and he falls harder.
Abbacchio is similar to Bruno in that dating isn’t one of his priorities, though not for the same reasons. Yes, his job is one of his priorities, but unlike Bruno, he doesn’t feel like he’s worthy of being loved. He falls after you solely because it takes him a very long time, and I’m talking years, to accept that he’s allowed to love someone. I also think he would prefer to date a fellow Stand user in the mafia.
Of course, you end up gaining a huge crush on Abbacchio when you join the team. How could you not? He’s gorgeous, and on top of that he begrudgingly cares for the team more than anything. But he’s closed-off to you, and it of course takes a while before he starts opening up.
Once he does eventually let himself be vulnerable with you, however, it hits him like a freight train. He feels guilty at first for being in love with you, thinking you deserve better than him. He’s very good at hiding his feelings, and will yearn for a distance for ages.
You have to be the one to ask him out. He won’t do it himself. And even once you do, he is incredibly shocked that you could ever love him back. Dates with him are small and quiet; nothing over the top or overwhelming. He’s not very good with words, and prefers to show how much he loves you through his actions. You need to reassure him a bunch that he’s allowed to be loved. Once he’s finally wrapped his head around the fact that you truly love him back, he’ll be as loyal to you as he is to Bruno.

With Guido Mista, he falls first and harder.
Mista is completely unashamed about his feelings. He also doesn’t really care if his lover is a Stand user or in the mafia. In all honesty, he most likely falls for a civilian who just happens to frequent Libeccio, maybe even a waiter there.
It starts out with just him thinking you’re cute, and then by pure coincidence you two end up talking more and more until Mista realizes he’s head over heels in love. You fall just a bit after he does, finding his cheesy pick-up lines funny and loving the sparkle in his eyes when he delivers them. He flirts with you mostly as a joke at first, but after he catches feelings, he stops flirting almost entirely.
He’s the one to ask you out, and it’s nothing like the playful pick-up lines of before. This is sincere and heartfelt, and you can tell he means every word he says.
Dates with him are fun and exciting. Even if they are quieter or more down to Earth, Mista himself will make sure you don’t get bored. He does worry that he’s dating someone outside of the mafia, and he will eventually tell you his profession. (You already knew; his team is incredibly loud at the restaurant.) If you’re in range, he’ll have one of the Pistols keep watch over you, and if you’re not, he makes sure to call you at least a few times a day. Despite his usual playfulness, Mista can be serious when you need it. He never wants you to think he’s not taking your feelings seriously.

With Narancia Ghirga, he falls first and harder.
Like Mista, Narancia also doesn’t care if his lover is in the mafia. He loves you for you, so why should it matter whether or not you have a Stand? If you’re a civilian, you probably just happen to run into him when he’s out on errands, and if not, then you meet when you join the team.
Narancia will instantly fall for you because you don’t treat him like an idiot. He knows he’s not the brightest, but you’re patient with him, and that’s a kindness not many have afforded. He wins you over with his jokes and heart of gold, but he’s still the one whose heart skips a beat when it hits him just how much he cares for you.
He ends up trying to ask the rest of the team for advice, since the last thing he wants is to mess things up with you. Bruno is the only helpful one, who tells him to just trust his gut and ask you out. So he does, and is overjoyed when you accept.
Dates with him are all over the place, the kind of chaos that makes you feel at home. His goal is to keep you happy and entertained, and he sure does deliver. He may not be very smart, but he does know when to dial it down and make sure your feelings are heard and understood, and he knows you’ll always make sure to do the same for him. Your relationship is one of the few places Narancia feels truly secure in who he is.

With Pannacotta Fugo, you fall first and he falls harder.
Fugo won’t date a civilian. He will definitely worry because you’re in the mafia with him, but he prefers knowing you can defend yourself over constantly being scared because you can’t. Fugo isn’t particularly cold to you when you first join the team, he’s more so just apathetic. He doesn’t really care one way or another about your presence there, so you don’t really interact much.
That doesn’t stop you from getting a tiny little crush on him, though. He’s capable and responsible and you admire his strength and quick thinking. But you don’t want to overwhelm him or make him dislike you, so you keep the distance he’d established until he approaches you first.
The walls start to crumble when you see Purple Haze for the first time. Instead of being scared of him or judging him for his Stand’s brutal ability, you quietly accept it for how it is. That’s when Fugo starts to think that maybe you deserve more of his attention. He starts talking to you more, going on missions with you more often, purposely sitting next to you during meals. And suddenly it feels like Fugo’s drowning in the feelings that have been building up for weeks. He tries to control his temper around you, and really puts in his best efforts not to snap, even if you’re unknowingly a bit more annoying than usual one day.
You two have a fifty-fifty for who asks who out. If he asks you, he’s a bit nervous but puts on a confident facade to seem more sure of himself. He takes up the work of planning your dates, since he just wants you to be able to relax. Dates are in quiet places where the two of you can unwind and destress together. He values quality time, and thinks it shows how much he loves you way better than words ever could.

With Giorno Giovanna, you fall first and harder.
Giorno is another one who won’t date someone outside the mafia. On top of that, I think he’d prefer to be with someone who knew him before he became the don. You’re a part of the team before he joins, and you’re the most welcoming to him when Bruno introduces you.
You think Giorno is beautiful when you first see him, and he has an assured calmness about him that makes him practically the perfect person. You make sure to be extra friendly to make up for Abbacchio’s hostility, and you two instantly become very good friends. You stick with Giorno through thick and thin, and he appreciates that more than you know.
He doesn’t realize his feelings for you until long after he’s taken over as the don. You and Mista are his most trusted bodyguards, and he finally notices he loves you when Mista is out on a mission one day, and the two of you are in his office. He’s doing paperwork and you’re leaning against the wall, paying attention to both him and the hallway outside. He realizes that he can just be with you in a comfortable silence, and he doesn’t feel the need to fill it with unnecessary chatter.
He immediately asks you out the next day. Because of his position, dates are few and far between, but when he does manage to get a bit of free time, he makes them count with expensive restaurants and gifts. He will use his position as don for your favor, and he will spoil you with all the money he gets from Passione. Even though he knows you can take care of yourself, he still tends to send you on less life-threatening missions, and most of your time on the clock is spent just guarding him. If you’re annoyed with it, he’ll take your words to heart and send you on missions more fit for your skill level. Giorno values communication, and he’ll make sure to tell you if he ever feels like you’re worrying him too much. But you couldn’t ever complain about dating a mafia don.

With Trish Una, she falls first and you fall harder.
It doesn’t matter to Trish if you’re in the mafia or not, but I think she’d prefer to date a fellow Stand user. She’s still trying to understand Stands herself, so she’d value having someone around who understands what she’s going through. So, even though she’s only really halfway a part of Passione, you probably are.
You meet through Giorno and Mista, who send you and some others to do security at one of her concerts. At first, you think she’s just a spoiled popstar, even though your friends insist she isn’t. Trish, on the other hand, instantly admires you. The way you carry yourself, your Stand, your strength and intelligence. She ends up specifically requesting you whenever she wants security.
As you get to know her more and more, you slowly gain more respect for her. And it all comes crashing down on you when you realize you have feelings for her. It happens after another concert, when you’re standing guard outside her dressing room. She comes out in her casual clothes, ready for you to escort her home, and you suddenly realize what you’ve known all along: that she’s a person just like you, and that you perhaps have a gigantic crush on her.
It takes both of you a while to start going out. You probably ask her, but I could also see her asking you. Dates are very lowkey, probably at one of your homes. Yes, you two are both relatively capable, but she’d still rather not go out in public if she doesn’t have to. Besides, she knows the press would have a field day if they realize she’s in a relationship, and she’d prefer to keep your name and face out of the media. You don’t mind sneaking around, though. You’re in the mafia; one could sneaking is a specialty of yours. And it doesn’t really matter to you, because you and Trish know that you care about each other, and that’s enough for you.
a/n: i actually think i've got their characters down pretty well. i love love love them all so much. i wrote this so fast today
